We collect your email and shipping address when you place an order with us.
Your email is used for order updates only - we won't add you to marketing emails unless you choose to subscribe. We share your shipping information with Royal Mail to deliver your order. Said shipping information will be retained by us for 7 years for tax purposes. If you have any further questions please Email us at:

You must be 18 or over to place an order with us. We can cancel any order for any reason and we will refund you if we do.
Prices may change, but you will always pay what is shown at checkout. All of our art, designs and photographs are copyrighted - do not steal them.
We are not responsible if your package gets lost after we ship it. Sometimes the unexpected happens (natural disasters, supply issues, etc.) which is totally out of our control. If a problem arises, email us at: maples_mischief@outlook.com and we will work it out. These terms follow UK Law.

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you will love every product you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of the order being placed.
If the item returned is not in a saleable condition then we can reasonably decline your refund or exchange.
When returning items to us, please place them in suitable packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us:
1. Please email us at: maples_mischief@outlook.com to inform us of the return, along with your reason for doing so. Please include your name and order number (found on your packing slip). We will reply to your email with a returns address. Should you require an exchange for a different size, design etc. we will check availability of stock.
2. Re-pack the item in suitable packaging with any labels and tags still attached.
3. Send the package to the return address specified in your email.
4. Please return the package using Royal Mail, obtaining a receipt from the post office
5. Keep your post office receipt safe, as this will be your proof of postage.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please note that you are responsible for paying postage costs for any items to be returned. The postage costs for any replacement items to be sent will be covered by Sounds Imprint.
HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send an email to: maples_mischief@outlook.com advising us of the details of the fault so that we may investigate for you. Please also include your name and order number (found on your packing slip).
Please return the item to us following the same procedure as outlined in section 2: 'RETURNING AN ITEM'. Once we have received the faulty item we will investigate the issue and then email you to let you know which refund or exchange options you are entitled to.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
Refunds or exchanges will be processed by us upon receiving the returned item. Please note that the item must be returned to us within 28 days of the original order being placed. If you have not received your replacement order within 3-4 working days, please get in touch via email.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide said proof.
We will usually refund any money received from you using your original method of payment.

All of our products are made to order in the UK and shipping times are as follows:
T-Shirs are typically delivered within 12 business days of the order being placed.
We use Royal Mail as our chosen delivery service.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to locations outside the UK, however if this is something you require, please email us at: maples_mischief@outlook.com and we will inform you of your options.
